FISHERMAN

In rivers or lakes, net fishing is the traditionnal and most practiced fishing technic in the Cambodian countryside.

Here the young fisherman, sitting at the water's edge, waits while his net is set. He picked up a small flower from the water's edge.

This banal scene takes Dina Thun back to her childhood memories in Kampong Cham province, on the banks of the Mekong River.
